Q. What happens if my size is out of stock?

A. Contact us via the chat button, phone, or email and we will let you know when your size will be back in stock. 

Q. Gift Boxes: Can I add special instructions to my gift box? Do they have the price tag?

A. Please contact us if you are unsure about adding a gift box to your purchase or need any special instructions added. Please note* all products only have a code on the hang tag and not the price. Only the person purchasing the product will receive the invoice.

 

 Q. Are your products vegan?

A. Yes, all of our products are vegan.

 Q. What is the best way to wash bamboo sleepwear?

A. Wash bamboo sleepwear in a cold to warm water up to 30° Celsius on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent free of bleach, use a laundry wash bag to protect your delicate bamboo sleepwear, no need to add fabric softener as this decreases the absorbency. Using our Organic laundry wash bag will increase the life of your sleepwear and reduce pilling caused by rubbing.

 Q. How much can l put in my organic wash bag?

A. Fill to about half way, which equals approximately: (1-2 x t-shirts or 1 shirt), (1 x small pet coat), (6 x standard underwear), (2 x bras + 4 x underwear) and (5 x pairs of socks).

 Q. What happens if my order hasn't arrived?

A. Check your confirmation email with the Australia Post tracking information to access up to date information about the arrival of your order.
